Minjoo "Han Dong-hoon apologizes for fraud to the public before endorsing impeachment"

The Democratic Party of Korea urged Han Dong-hoon, the leader of the People's Power, to apologize first for the public's fraud that called for the orderly resignation of the president of Yoon Suk Yeol.

Senior spokesman Cho Seung-rae met with reporters after the Supreme Council and pointed out that Han talked about whether President Yoon would step down as if he had left it to the ruling party.

He then demanded that the ruling party decide on a clear position without going back and forth as before on what attitude to take to deal with the current situation.

According to foreign media, the opposition party's reason for the first impeachment of President Yoon included strengthening the alliance between South Korea, the U.S. and Japan, but it is not the Democratic Party's position, and he stressed that the second impeachment will not include any expressions related to it.

At the same time, the Democratic Party said it firmly supports the Korea-U.S. alliance and maintains its position that cooperation between Korea, the U.S. and Japan should be strengthened.
