Governor Kim said today (12th) that President Yoon is splitting the country and making it confusing while holding a one-man protest in front of the National Police Agency's National Investigation Headquarters.
He also pointed out that he was dumbfounded by justifying martial law with ridiculous logic, saying he witnessed the madness of a mob of insurgents over President Yoon's public statement today.
