CNBC, a U.S. economic media, reported on the 11th local time that the net inflow of ETFs listed in the U.S. this year exceeded $1 trillion and 1,433 trillion won in Korean money, citing data from market information companies.
That's above the previous record of $920 billion in 2021.
The total assets of U.S. ETFs are currently over $10 trillion.
Among individual ETFs, the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF topped the list with $100 billion.
The ETF growth is based on U.S. investors' confidence in the financial market and the decline in the popularity of existing mutual funds, the outlet said.
