"Disciplinary action against discharging contaminated water from Japan" won the appellate court of Chuncheon City Council.

Last year, a local lawmaker who was disciplined by attaching a sticker against Japan's Fukushima contaminated water discharge to his laptop reversed the first trial's defeat in an administrative lawsuit against the city council and won the second trial.

The Chuncheon Tribunal of the Seoul High Court ruled in favor of the first trial, which ruled against the plaintiff in a lawsuit against Chuncheon City Council by Na Yoo-kyung of the Democratic Party of Korea against Chuncheon City Council this afternoon (12th).

During the city council's administrative audit in June last year, lawmaker Na was issued a warning at the plenary session hall after being referred to the city council's ethics committee for attending the meeting with a phrase against Fukushima contaminated water on his laptop.

Lawmaker Na filed an administrative lawsuit, calling it unfair disciplinary action, and the first trial dismissed lawmaker Na's claim earlier, but the appeals court judged that the disciplinary action was illegal.
