The fourth "Kim Gun-hee Special Prosecutor Act" proposed by the opposition party passed the National Assembly plenary session with 195 out of 282 lawmakers in favor, 85 against and two abstentions.

Within the ruling party, Kwon Young-jin, Kim Ye-ji, Kim Jae-seop, and Han Ji-ah voted for the opposition party, while Kim So-hee and Kim Yong-tae voted for the vote.

The independent counsel law stipulates 15 suspicions related to Kim, including the manipulation of Deutsche Motors' stock price, acceptance of luxury bags, and suspicions of Myung Tae-kyun.
