participated in the corruption of the children's entrance examination,
When he was senior presidential secretary for civil affairs
, he was even convicted of suspending the inspection of the special inspection team.

However, most of the charges related to private equity funds that were filed together were concluded to be innocent.

After the sentence, CEO Cho said he humbly accepted the Supreme Court's sentence.

[Cho Kuk / Leader of Cho Kuk Innovation Party: As a citizen who abides by the law and principles, I will fulfill my responsibilities. I'm going to pause for a moment. However, this by no means means a retreat from the Cho Kuk Innovation Party.

Representative Cho, who was tried without detention, will serve a sentence of two years in prison.

The prosecution notified CEO Cho to attend by tomorrow (13th) for imprisonment, but according to the guidelines, CEO Cho can request a postponement of his attendance for up to three days.

If you do not comply with your attendance afterwards, the process of securing forced recruits is expected to proceed.

With this ruling, CEO Cho lost his parliamentary seat and will not be able to run in the election for the next five years.

As a result, it has become virtually impossible to run for the next presidential election.
