The first trial will be sentenced today for a driver in his 30s who drove a Maserati car under the influence of alcohol and fled after causing a death accident.

The Gwangju District Court will hold the first trial sentence of 32-year-old Kim, who was arrested and charged this afternoon (13th).

Kim was arrested and charged with running away after hitting a motorcycle that was leading on the road in Seo-gu, Gwangju, in September, killing one and seriously injuring the other.

The prosecution confirmed that Kim drank at least two bottles of soju before driving, and charged him with drunk driving, and demanded a 10-year prison term at the final trial.
