The Seoul Metropolitan Government plans to deploy more than 1,000 management personnel, including autonomous districts, police, and firefighters, to the rally site and share the crowd density analyzed through CCTV in real time.
In particular, ambulances, firefighting command buses, and disaster safety scene rooms for emergency patients will be arranged, and temporary toilets for citizens' convenience will be installed in Yeouido and two in Gwanghwamun.
In addition, Line 5 passing through Yeouido Station will operate four times, and Line 9, which is home to the National Assembly Station, will operate 64 more times, and emergency waiting trains will be deployed in case of an emergency.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government said it will minimize the non-stop passage of the subway and will operate flexibly to maintain order in case of emergency.
