Taser dropped on return to action, recovered in 18 hours

Suwon Nambu Police Station in Gyeonggi-do said it recovered the lost Taser by police officer A from the district office during the report dispatch.

After receiving a report that a man in his 60s was lying at the bus stop at around 5:30 a.m. yesterday (12th), A was dispatched to take protective measures and dropped the Taser in the collection while returning.

Police confirmed that the Taser was picked up by a man who received protective measures through CCTV around him and recovered it at around 11:50 p.m. in Osan, Gyeonggi Province, about 18 hours later.

It is reported that the man's residence is not consistent and he is living picking up waste paper, so it took time to trace him.

The Taser A lost was a new equipment 'Taser 7' that can be fired for two consecutive rounds, and was recovered as it was in the collection.
