Critics point out that President Yoon Suk Yeol has reversed his promise to submit a motion to appoint a Supreme Court justice to the National Assembly and leave the political affairs to the party.Attention is also focusing on whether President
Yoon will veto the bills that passed the National Assembly led by the opposition party ahead of the impeachment vote today (14th).
In the meantime, the approval rating of the state administration fell to a low of 11%.

In his fourth public statement on the emergency martial law issue, President Yoon Suk Yeol made it official that he had no intention of resigning.
On the same day, 42 bills, including bills passed by the Cabinet, were approved, and a motion to appoint Ma Yong-ju as Supreme Court justice candidate was also submitted to the National Assembly.
An official from the presidential office explained, "It is in accordance with the legal procedure at the request of the chief justice of the Supreme Court."Critics point out that President
Yoon may have overturned the declaration of a "two-term retreat" by actively exercising personnel rights beyond the passive exercise of authority that accepted the resignation of former Minister of Public Administration and Security Lee Sang-min.
[Yoon Suk Yeol / President (Speech to the public on the 7th): I will leave it up to my party to take measures to stabilize the political situation in the future, including my term in office. In the future, our party and the government will take responsibility for the operation of state affairs together.
In addition, there is a prospect that President Yoon could exercise his veto power.
At the request of Kwon Sung-dong, the floor leader of People's Power, the possibility of exercising the right to demand reconsideration by holding an extraordinary state council meeting before the impeachment resolution on six bills, including the National Assembly Act and the Grain Management Act, cannot be ruled out.
As the Kim Gun-hee Special Prosecutor Act and the Insurrection Special Prosecutor Act, which were passed by the opposition party, have not been transferred to the government, the second presidential impeachment vote is expected to be a variable.
If the impeachment bill is passed, President Yoon will be suspended immediately and cannot exercise his veto power, but Prime Minister Han Deok-soo can exercise his veto power in his capacity as acting president.
In the meantime, President Yoon's approval rating fell by 5% in a week, falling to 11%, the lowest since taking office.
"Diplomacy" was followed by "declaration of emergency martial law" at 22% and "declaration of emergency martial law" at 10%, while "emergency martial law" accounted for nearly half of the reasons for negative evaluation.
