On the evening of the 13th local time, more than 300 Koreans and international students gathered at a park near the Korean Embassy in London, England.

Participants also held a silent performance for one minute and 23 seconds to denounce President Yoon's declaration of emergency martial law on December 3.

"The martial law incident is a riot that has directly undermined the basic values of democracy," the "Korean Candlelight Rally," which hosted the event, said in a statement. "The international trust and dignity of the Republic of Korea have been seriously damaged."

Around the same time, a rally was held in Berlin, the German capital, to denounce President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of emergency martial law and call for impeachment.

About 400 people gathered in the square in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, sang songs, waved glow sticks, and demanded the Korean National Assembly pass the impeachment bill.

Korean residents and international students in Germany will hold a rally in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart today as the impeachment vote takes place.

Also, Korean French residents who called for President Yoon's resignation and impeachment at Trocadero Square in Paris, France, on the 7th, have decided to gather again today, a week later.

Organizers of the Citizens' Coalition for Rehabilitation and Action said that if the impeachment is passed before the rally, the rally will be festive, but if not, it will hold weekly rallies in Paris in the future.
