Park met with reporters at the National Assembly and when asked whether the Democratic Party would impeach the prime minister, which has been considered by the Democratic Party, he said, "I have the responsibility of acting president first and I should carefully consider it."

However, he pointed out that there is a high possibility that Prime Minister Han was directly or indirectly involved in the process of declaring martial law, and that he should resolve these questions on his own and show his ability to run state affairs.

In addition, three constitutional judges recommended by the National Assembly also predicted that Prime Minister Han would recognize his historical calling and go through the appointment process.
