Yeo In-hyeong, the commander of counterintelligence, who was arrested by the prosecution's special investigation headquarters, was found to have ordered the arrest of Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung, People's Power Han Dong-hoon, and National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik first.

It was also confirmed that Commander Yeo ordered the NEC to rip off the entire server if it was difficult to copy the server.

The prosecution's special investigation headquarters believes that Yeo In-hyeong, the commander of the South Korean military's counterintelligence command, ordered the arrest of a key figure at the time of the emergency martial law.

The arrest list is 14 people including Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung, People's Power Han Dong-hoon, National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik, former Innovation Party leader Cho Kuk, and former standing member of the National Election Commission.

The name of Judge Kim Dong-hyun, who was acquitted of Lee Jae-myung's "perjury teacher" charge revealed by Police Commissioner Cho Ji-ho
, is missing.

However, at around 0:40 a.m. on the 4th, when a resolution to demand the lifting of martial law was imminent, Commander Yeo called Kim Dae-woo, head of the counterintelligence investigation, and ordered the arrest of Representative Lee Jae-myung, Representative Han Dong-hoon, and National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik first.

However, Chairman Woo declared his mind at the plenary session at around 0:47, and the resolution was passed at around 1 a.m.

It seems that they tried to prevent the National Assembly's resolution to lift martial law.

The prosecution, which indicated such information in the arrest warrant of Commander Yeo In-hyeong, is also investigating whether there was a specific order from President Yoon Suk Yeol.

At the same time, Commander Yeo is also accused of calling Jeong Seong-woo, the first chief of the counterintelligence agency, and instructing him to rip the entire server itself if it is difficult to copy the NEC server.

Director Jung Sung-woo also stated in the prosecution's investigation that a total of 100 people were mobilized to steal the server, but the lawyers were concerned about legal issues, and the operation was suspended after 30-40 minutes of discussion.
