Former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, who was arrested, refused to make a statement in the prosecution's investigation, claiming that investigating him for rebellion itself is rather a rebellion that makes the national constitution dizzy.

It resembles the public statement of President Yoon Suk Yeol, who was suspended after the impeachment bill was passed, and it is read as a paving stone for future investigations and trials.

This is reporter Cha Jung-yoon.

Former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun responded to the allegations of martial law during a ministerial hearing in September.

[Kim Yong-hyun / Minister of National Defense Candidate (last September): Which people would tolerate this? And will our military follow suit? I don't think I'll pour it. Honestly.]

However, on the 3rd, he proposed a direct declaration of emergency to the president of Yoon Suk Yeol, and a day before the re-decision of the impeachment, he expressed his position that martial law was justified.

As martial law is an act of governance by the president, it cannot be subject to judicial judgment, but rather, the attempt to claim and investigate it as a civil war itself is an act of civil war that makes the national constitution dizzy.

At the same time, he said he would fight with the president and protect the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, and announced his plan to exercise his right to reject statements to the prosecution.

Former Minister Kim's argument is similar to President Yoon's recent public statement.

In the end, it is analyzed that the arguments of the two emphasizing the legitimacy of martial law are a paving stone to unite conservative forces and keep future investigations and trials in mind.

[Yoon Suk Yeol / President (last 12th): How can the president's constitutional decision and act of governance be a civil war?]

However, prosecutors and police are already speeding up their investigation by seeing President Yoon as the leader and the leader who led the civil war.

As former Minister Kim Yong-hyun and National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho were arrested for seeing them as "important civil war mission workers," it is interpreted that the head of the civil war has no choice but to be the president of Yoon Suk Yeol.

When the investigation of key figures at the time of the emergency martial law is completed to some extent, a direct investigation into President Yoon Suk Yeol seems inevitable, and a fierce legal battle between the prosecution and President Yoon is expected.
