The judges, including acting Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Moon Hyung-bae, began reviewing the case at home from today, a holiday.
The first justice meeting will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m.
A specific timeline for handling the case will be discussed here.
The chief judge leading the case is also expected to be decided tomorrow through a random electronic dividend method.
The Constitutional Court is expected to organize issues and witness lists after preparing arguments for the next two to four weeks, and hold weekly hearings to focus on hearing.
The Constitutional Court must issue a sentence within 180 days from the date of receipt of the case.
If the trial period is exhausted, the sentence will come out in June, but the Constitutional Court plans to proceed with the impeachment trial process as quickly as possible.
According to the precedent, it took 63 days for former President Roh Moo Hyun and 91 days for former President Park Geun Hye from the filing of the case to the sentencing.

In principle, a decision on impeachment can be made with the approval of six judges, but criticism may be raised that it has failed to reflect various views.
It is important to quickly appoint three judges to the National Assembly to secure procedural legitimacy.
The People's Power has recommended Cho Han-chang, a former chief judge of the High Court, and the Democratic Party of Korea has recommended Jeong Gye-seon, the head of the Seoul Western District Court, and Ma Eun-hyuk, a senior judge of the Seoul Western District Court.Attorneys for Article
may join the Constitutional Court as early as this month after a hearing.
However, there is a possibility that the appointment may be delayed due to controversy during the hearing or the failure to reach an agreement between the ruling and opposition parties.
It is expected that who will be appointed to the vacant justice position and when will be a variable in the impeachment process of President Yoon.
