The Ministry of Foreign Affairs acknowledged that the impeachment of the president was passed after the emergency martial law, undermining Korea's status in the international community.
The network to communicate with the Trump administration, which will be launched early next year, has also been found to have been disrupted.
Diplomatic authorities are going all out to deal with it.

Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yeol held his first press conference and diagnosed the future direction of diplomacy.
Minister Cho Tae-yeol said he would check the diplomatic situation in major countries, including the Korea-U.S. alliance and cooperation between Korea and Japan, and work with extraordinary determination without any diplomatic vacuum.
In particular, he said he would secure trust early through diplomatic missions overseas to neighboring countries who are anxious about the acting presidential system of Han Deok-soo.
[Minister of Foreign Affairs Cho Tae-yeol: Under the acting president system, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs intends to make top efforts to maintain foreign credibility and minimize unrest and damage to our people by maintaining the existing policy stance and managing foreign relations in a stable manner]
In particular, acting president Han Deok-soo and U.S. President Joe Biden spoke on the phone, stressing that concerns over a summit diplomatic vacuum have been eliminated.
The government intends to fill the security vacuum as soon as possible by establishing a preparatory posture to respond to the North Korean threat through such cooperation between South Korea and the U.S. and Japan.
However, Minister Cho acknowledged that the international community's trust and expectations for Korea have been damaged in the aftermath of the last martial law.
A diplomatic official then said he would respond to the launch of the new Trump administration in January without a hitch, but explained that there were some obstacles to the operation of the diplomatic network.
Considering various circumstances, we can also review Minister Cho's visit to the U.S., he said, adding, "I think there is a message to discuss face-to-face."
Regarding the appointment of Kim Dae-ki, the new ambassador to China appointed by Yoon Suk Yeol's president, the diplomatic authorities declined to say that they would watch the situation a little more.Regarding whether Minister
will resign, he said he would not hesitate at all to step down, but said he did not think he could give up his responsibility.
