Kwak Jong-geun, commander of the Army's Special Warfare Command, who deployed his subordinate troops to the National Assembly when the emergency martial law was declared on the 3rd, was arrested.

The Central District Military Court issued an arrest warrant today (16th) for Commander Kwak, who is suspected of being an important civil war mission worker.
