The special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law has notified President Yoon Suk Yeol, who has been pointed out as the peak of the rebellion, to come to the prosecution on the 21st to be investigated.

When President Yoon did not respond to the prosecution's first summons on the 15th, he sent a second summons.

The prosecution is said to have sent an official letter to the president's office again this time to notify the summons.

No specific time has been set, but if President Yoon actually attends,
The prosecution investigation of the first incumbent president in the history of the
Constitution will take place.

President Yoon's lawyers, led by former Korea Communications Commission Chairman Kim Hong-il, were found to have comprehensively discussed how to respond to the prosecution's public summons after a marathon meeting.

If the actual summons is made, it will be inevitable that the summons schedule will be released as security is needed for the incumbent president.

As President Yoon earlier said in his public statement that he would fulfill his legal and political responsibilities,
We are interested in not only investigating
but also expressing our position directly while attending the prosecution.
