Han Dong-hoon, former chairman of the People's Power, who resigned in the aftermath of the president's impeachment, posted his five positions on social media when he declared emergency martial law.

The president's declaration of emergency martial law was wrong and said he would prevent it with the people, demand the lifting of martial law at the National Assembly level, and that the military and police should not sympathize with anti-constitutional martial law and serve.

It also included a request for the president to immediately declare the martial law lifted in accordance with the constitution in respect of the people and the will of the National Assembly immediately after the National Assembly's resolution on the martial law proposal.

In an earlier press conference at the National Assembly, Han, who resigned himself from the leadership of the ruling party two days after the impeachment, said he did not regret his decision to approve the impeachment and left a message to his supporters that he would not give up.
