Constitutional Court Judge Kim Hyung-doo sent a notice yesterday morning that the impeachment trial resolution had arrived, and said there was a ritual phrase to submit a response to the notice.
According to the relevant regulations, President Yoon must submit an answer within seven days from the time he was served the resolution, and if he was served yesterday (16th), he must submit an answer by the 23rd, but if the delivery is delayed, the deadline may increase.
When President Yoon's response arrives, the Constitutional Court will review both claims in earnest based on the National Assembly's impeachment resolution and President Yoon's response.
