The disaster support fund includes state, provincial and municipal expenses, and the provincial government has allocated 41 billion won in total disaster support funds to cities and counties as Gyeonggi-do Disaster Relief Fund.
More than 22,800 households are eligible for disaster support, and farms with three to four people are provided with 2 million won and 3 million won for small business owners because the amount of support varies depending on the size of the household.
Lee Jong-don, head of the Gyeonggi-do Safety Management Office, said, "We have boldly decided to execute the disaster support fund in advance to resolve the most problematic financial bottleneck in the field."
The provincial government plans to compensate for the disaster relief fund, including city and county expenses, if state funds are provided in the future.
