Foreign ministers from South Korea, the U.S., Japan and other allies have issued statements strongly condemning the increase in military cooperation between North Korea and Russia.

Foreign ministers and high-ranking European Union representatives from 10 countries, including South Korea, the U.S., and Japan, Canada, Germany, and France, denounce the North Korean military's increased military cooperation, including its participation in the Ukraine war, in the strongest language.

Countries participating in the statement criticized North Korea's deployment for dangerously expanding the war in Ukraine, which also has serious consequences for security in Europe and the Indo-Pacific region.

In the meantime, he urged North Korea to immediately stop all support for Russia's invasion of Ukraine, including the withdrawal of troops.

It also reaffirmed its firm commitment to supporting Ukraine's protection of freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
