It was on the morning of the 16th that the Constitutional Court sent a resolution on the impeachment motion of the National Assembly to President Yoon Suk Yeol.

It also includes asking you to submit an answer within seven days of receiving the notice.

However, it has been confirmed that President Yoon has not yet received the related documents.

The Constitutional Court explained that it delivered the resolution by person to the presidential secretary's office administrator, but did not officially receive the receipt.

Other attempts, such as special transport mail and electronic document systems, have not been completed.

As delivery has been delayed, the deadline for submitting an answer is also being delayed.

The court will decide on an alternative if the documents are not delivered to the end, the court said, but there are concerns about delays in subsequent proceedings.This is because it can take time, such as claiming that President Yoon
