This is a hamburger franchise store in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province.
It is a place with a large floating population because it is close to the subway station.
However, on the afternoon of the 1st, two days before the declaration of the emergency martial law, current and former commanders of the Armed Forces Intelligence Command met here to plan martial law in advance.
An intelligence officer who attended the meeting reported.
[Kim Byung-joo / Democratic Party of Korea National Assembly member: I said that there would be martial law. It seems that Roh Sang-won, the former intelligence commander, has already met in advance and given him the mission.]
It is reported that there were four participants in the meeting, including former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won, current intelligence commander Moon Sang-ho, and two intelligence officers.
In particular, former commander Roh is suspected of being a junior and closest aide to former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun at the Korea Military Academy, drafting a martial law declaration and leading the martial law army's control of the election committee.Former commander Roh
is said to have pre-ordered the acceptance of the NEC's server and the deployment of North Korean agents and HID agents on the day of martial law at the meeting.
At the time, one of the participants, Colonel Chung, claimed that when he was called, former commander Roh appeared and brought up the topic of fraudulent elections, saying he would have an important mission.
"If you check the central election commission computer server, you can secure evidence of fraudulent elections," he said, adding, "You can go to the computer room."
In addition, when former commander Roh asked "Did you select the personnel?" regarding securing the NEC's server, Commander Moon reportedly answered "Yes."
If this claim is true, the retired general, who is a civilian, knew of the martial law plan, which had been kept confidential, and gave instructions to active commanders and executives like his superiors.
The police special investigation team recently found out the secret meeting and secured CCTV footage of the franchise store, and arrested former commander Roh and commander Moon urgently.
