Gwangmyeong Police Station in Gyeonggi Province is investigating a woman in her 50s on charges of hitting and seriously injuring a person while driving while drinking alcohol.
Mr. A is accused of hitting a man in his 60s who was working on the road while driving a car at around 0:20 a.m. today (18th) while intoxicated with the level of license cancellation.
The man who was hit by the car was taken to the hospital from cardiac arrest for treatment, but is in a critical condition.
The police plan to investigate the details as soon as A finishes hospital treatment.
