When is the deadline for the Constitutional Court to ask President Yoon to come up with a proof plan?

Yes, the Constitutional Court yesterday ordered the respondent, President Yoon, and the chairman of the National Assembly's Legislative and Judiciary Committee, Chung Chung-rae, the prosecutor.
We asked the two to submit a proof plan and a list of evidence by the 24th.President

In the midst of this, the impeachment trial resolution sent by the Constitutional Court to President Yoon on the day before yesterday is still being served today, the second day.

There are also concerns that the hearing may be delayed, right?
[Reporter]
That's right.
President Yoon must submit a response within seven days from the time he was served with the resolution.
As the delivery is delayed, the deadline is expected to be delayed.
The Constitutional Court is also considering a number of options because it is important for documents to be served to enter the judgment process.
In the case of the aforementioned resolution.
I sent it electronically, and I also sent it by mail.
The mail was sent to the presidential office and the presidential residence.
However, the documents sent to the president's office were not delivered at around 11:30 a.m. yesterday due to the absence of the recipient.
The documents sent to the official residence were also found to have been rejected by the security service at around 10 a.m. yesterday.
However, the Constitutional Court said it is difficult to know why the bodyguard refused to receive it and why President Yoon did not receive the documents.
