Park Joo-min of the Democratic Party of Korea predicted that the "golden phone" submitted by Myung Tae-kyun to the prosecution will also be taken by the independent counsel team if the special counsel law on Kim Gun-hee, which passed the National Assembly, is in operation.

Rep. Park said in a CBS radio interview that he met with Myung Tae-kyun, who is imprisoned in Changwon Prison, and briefly talked about the "golden phone," which is considered a key evidence of the suspicion of nomination intervention, but was asked to keep it confidential.

"In some cases, the prosecution quickly returns the evidence submitted depending on the case, but in some cases, it does not return it under various excuses," he said, adding that Kim will bring all the evidence and recruits as there are cases related to Myung in the special prosecutor's investigation.
