Rep. Lee Joon-seok urged representative Heo to resolve the situation responsibly amid deepening internal feuds with the replacement of former Secretary-General Kim Chul-geun by Heo Eun-ah, leader of the New Reform Party.

Rep. Lee Joon-seok wrote on his SNS, saying that he expects the parties to correct and quickly "resolve the decision" as most of the recent personnel confusion within the New Reform Party is consistent with the judgment of the parties concerned.

He added that false explanations and unnecessary demonization of certain individuals are inevitably corrected, although he does not mention specific stories in consideration of the face of the parties and that every single one is not good for the party.

Representative Huh, who has previously shown disagreement with former President Kim, who is classified as a close aide to Rep. Lee Joon-seok on how to run the party, fired former President Kim on the 16th.

The labor union of the New Reform Party later criticized Heo in a statement that the seven-month absence of vision and strategy and the politics of the "pre-post party" with individuals ahead of the party had driven the current situation.
