is suspected of being a close aide to former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun and even drafting a martial law decree, and is being pointed out as a so-called 'secretary'.

The special investigation team believes that former commander Roh met with Moon Sang-ho, commander of intelligence, and two colonel of intelligence at a hamburger restaurant in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, on the 1st, two days before martial law, to pre-empt emergency martial law.Former commander Roh

was found to have replaced his existing mobile phone about a week after martial law was declared.Information commander Moon Sang-ho, who is known to have met with former commander Roh

He was arrested by the police and released after the prosecution refused to approve his arrest, but the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, which took over the case, arrested Commander Moon along with the police.

Police said they sent investigators to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit for the first time since launching a joint investigation to investigate Commander Moon.

The joint investigation team, which is joined by the police and the Senior Superintendent of Public Prosecutions, said it asked the Presidential Security Service to cooperate in the search and seizure of Cho's security phone server to check the phone calls between President Yoon and National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho, but was informed that it could not cooperate in the end.
