When the Constitutional Court, as well as two opposition-recommended judges and ruling party-recommended candidates expressed their views on such claims, floor leader Kwon Sung-dong brought up a new basis.

In the first place, it is not right to appoint judges recommended by the National Assembly ahead of the impeachment hearing of the president.

In order to reduce the vacuum in the state affairs of the acting system even a little, the opposition party urged the other personnel cases, which were prosecuted one after another, to be heard before the impeachment of President Yoon.

Earlier, some in the party warned that the Constitutional Court was in a hurry to start the impeachment hearing of President Yoon with a "six-member system," and that it would cause controversy over due process.

The people's power has been pouring out critical positions every day over the hearing of President Yoon's impeachment case, but it is true that it is difficult to find a practical alternative.

In the end, there is criticism that it is intended to delay the impeachment trial, and the power of the people also seems to be aware of this external view.
