Roh Sang-won, a former intelligence commander suspected of plotting the December 3 emergency martial law incident in advance, has been arrested.

Roh is accused of plotting emergency martial law in advance by calling two intelligence officers and Moon Sang-ho to a hamburger store on the 1st, two days before martial law was declared.Former commander

Roh is a close aide to former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun and has been named a "secretary" who helped Kim plan martial law, including allegations that he drafted a decree on emergency martial law.
