Yoo Sang-beom, a member of the People's Power, claimed that there are circumstances suggesting the Democratic Party of Korea's "work politics" during the emergency martial law investigation.

Rep. Yoo said there was a report that Special Forces Commander Kwak Jong-geun, who claimed to have been instructed by President Yoon to bring down lawmakers, made contaminated statements early in the investigation after appointing a pro-Democratic lawyer with the introduction of a Democratic Party lawmaker.

In addition, Cho Ji-ho, a lawyer for the National Police Agency, who falsely claimed that there was an order to arrest a judge who was acquitted in the first trial of Lee Jae-myung's perjury teacher case, also raised suspicions that he was considered a pro-vigilant during the Moon Jae In government.

Yoo stressed that it is a typical obstruction of justice and destruction of the rule of law if lawyers with certain political colors approach military and police officials who are under martial law-related investigations and make statements that are different from the facts.
