A family member, including parents, who abandoned the body after giving birth to a fetus suspected of having a disability early, has been sentenced to prison.

On the 20th of last month, the Supreme Court confirmed the original ruling, which sentenced the biological father, biological mother, and mother of the biological mother charged with murder to five years, three years, and four years in prison.

After giving birth to a child at a hospital in March 2015, they were accused of refusing hospital treatment and taking him home, leaving him for a day, killing him, and abandoning his body in the hills.

The investigation found that they gave birth early and committed the crime through cesarean section after receiving a test result indicating that the fetus was suspected of Down's syndrome.
