At Uiwang officetel, the fire...Three of you are drinking smoke.

A fire broke out at a 10-story complex in Naeson-dong, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do, around 6 a.m. today (19th).

More than 30 residents were rescued by firefighters or evacuated themselves, and three of them were treated for inhaling smoke.

The fire department once issued the first stage of response, mobilizing both the personnel and equipment of the competent fire department, and extinguished all the fire in 40 minutes.

Fire authorities believe the fire started in the sixth-floor officetel furniture and are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
