The Seoul Administrative Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff today (19th) in a lawsuit filed by former chairman Nam against the government to cancel his dismissal.
Earlier in August last year, the Korea Communications Commission recommended the dismissal of former chairman Nam, citing KBS' neglect of lax management and allegations of fraudulent use of corporate cards, and President Yoon Suk Yeol approved it.
Later, former chairman Nam filed a lawsuit to cancel his dismissal and filed a request for suspension of the effect of his dismissal, but it was rejected by the Supreme Court in April.
