"Lee Sun-kyun's Threat" Head of an Entertainment Office and Former Movie Actor Sentenced to Prison

The head of an entertainment establishment and a former movie star who were put on trial for threatening actor Lee Sun-kyun and ripping off about 300 million won were sentenced to prison.

The Incheon District Court sentenced A, the head of an entertainment establishment in his 30s, to three and a half years in prison today (19th), and B, a former actor in his 20s, to four years and two months in prison.

The court pointed out that the victims, who were famous actors, suffered severe pain and eventually died.

However, he added that A was a victim who was threatened by B, and that B generally reflected on his mistakes and that he had underage children to support.

Earlier in September last year, A was put on trial on charges of stealing 300 million won from Lee, saying that his mobile phone was hacked and threatened, and that he needed money to muzzle him.

According to a police investigation at the time, the hacker who threatened A was B, who lived in the same apartment and was close to him.
