The Constitutional Court sent President Yoon an impeachment resolution and a resolution to refer him to the preparatory process on the 16th.

The court said it had tried to deliver the documents by mail three times until today, but they were repeatedly denied and eventually returned.

Constitutional officials also visited the president in person, but to no avail.

In particular, the Constitutional Court is considering the possibility of treating it as "consideration of delivery" if the refusal to receive it continues.

It is discussed how documents are considered to have been delivered by placing them at the place of delivery, or how they are considered to have been delivered a week after electronic delivery.

If the Constitutional Court treats it as a service, the service takes effect.

President Yoon must submit an answer within 7 days and submit the minutes of the Cabinet meeting and the proof plan by the 24th.
