Constitutional Court Delays Trial...Reviewing Alternative Delivery Methods
President Yoon Suk Yeol's third refusal of documents on the impeachment trial sent by the Constitutional Court has delayed the full-fledged trial.
The Constitutional Court believes it cannot wait any longer and will make its final statement by Monday after the weekend.

Since the 16th, the Constitutional Court has been continuously sending documents, including impeachment resolutions, to the President of Yoon Suk Yeol.
The mail sent to the presidential residence and the presidential office was returned due to the absence of the recipient and refusal to receive it.
Constitutional officials personally tried to deliver the documents to the president, but it was the same.
The Constitutional Court, which can begin a full-fledged trial only by serving related documents and preparation orders, such as a prosecution resolution, has begun preparing an alternative in embarrassment.
The issue of delivery seems to have been discussed in the first judicial review since the case of President Yoon's impeachment was filed.
The Constitutional Court also leaves open the possibility that if President Yoon Suk Yeol continues to reject documents related to the impeachment trial, it will be treated as "consideration of delivery."
It is discussed how to place documents at the place of delivery and consider them to have been delivered, how to post them on the constitutional bulletin board, and how to consider them to have been served a week after electronic delivery.
The Constitutional Court will review the alternative by the end of the week and decide how to deal with the delivery issue by next Monday and the 23rd.
According to the Constitutional Court's original plan, he could have received a response from President Yoon on the 23rd and started a full-fledged hearing, but the trial process has already been disrupted due to the delay in delivery.
