"Following President Yoon rather than public sentiment...Will you act as an agent for a rebellion"
"If the rebellion is judged, it will be dragged down..."Last warning".
When Acting President Han Deok-soo sent back the bills that passed the National Assembly, the Democratic Party of Korea criticized him for still acting as a puppet of insurrection forces.
The decision was reserved, saying that he would decide whether to impeach the special prosecutor after seeing if he accepted it, but the power of the people responded that it was the natural responsibility of the person in charge of state affairs to reject the problematic bill.

The Democratic Party of Korea stressed that the "Four Agricultural Laws," which Acting President Han Deok-soo exercised his veto power, is a public welfare bill that saves farmers who are in despair due to plunging rice prices.
The National Assembly Act, which strengthens the authority of the National Assembly, is also necessary to check the government and find out the truth about martial law, criticizing Han for still following the president of Yoon Suk Yeol rather than public sentiment.
[Cho Seung-rae / Minjoo Party's chief spokesman: It is a clear violation of legislative power. What needs to be done now is not to be a puppet of Yoon Suk Yeol and civil war forces, but to follow the will of the people.]
Han also warned not to cross the line anymore, saying, "Don't forget that you are a suspect accused of rebellion."
At the same time, he demanded five measures, including accepting the "special prosecutor for civil war" and "Kim's special prosecutor" who passed the National Assembly, requesting the recommendation of candidates for the permanent special prosecution and appointing a constitutional judge.
He said he was already writing an additional impeachment bill that would suspend even the acting president's duties, and pressed him not to interfere with the investigation and impeachment trial against President Yoon.
[Park Chan-dae / Minjoo Party floor leader: The economy, diplomacy and security will be fatally damaged if the government does not quickly suppress the rebellion of the rebellion, accomplices, and the remnants of the rebellion]
The Democratic Party believes that Han's active veto of the bill, which is the president's authority, has weakened the cause for refusing to appoint a constitutional judge to be elected by the National Assembly. The opposition party believes that if Han rejects the
'insurrection independent counsel law' as it is included in the investigation, the justification for impeachment will only increase.
In response, the People's Power protested that the Democratic Party of Korea is threatening to impeach the legitimate exercise of authority again, ignoring the problems of the bill.
He said that the impeachment, which had already been overused, paralyzed the state administration, and that if the impeachment bill passed by the National Assembly is rejected by the Constitutional Court, legislation is needed to punish lawmakers who participated in the vote.
[Kwon Seong-dong / People's Power Floor Leader: In order to prevent the legislative dictatorship and keep the principle of separation of powers, it is essential to punish those who abuse the controversial impeachment bill.]
The Democratic Party plans to continue its pressure on acting Han Deok-soo, believing that a quick investigation and constitutional trial are key to ending martial law.
Attention is being paid again to Han's choice over whether to accept the special prosecutor and appoint a constitutional judge.
