At the same time, suspicions spread that the Democratic Party of Korea and the Future United Party's average vote share in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province was the same at 63% and 36%, respectively.

The figures for Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi showed a slight difference as a result of dividing the average pre-voting rate in the 21st general election into the Democratic Party, the United Party, and other candidates.

The background of the so-called "63:36 conspiracy theory" was calculated by artificially subtracting the vote share of other opposition parties and independents from the result value and creating a one-on-one composition.

It's just a coincidence that came out as a result of touching on various variables, and it's hard to give any special meaning.

According to a one-on-one composition of the Democratic Party and the United Party of 253 districts, the 63 to 36 ratio was only 6.7 percent in 17 districts.
