The government and the ruling party will hold a high-level party council meeting for the first time since martial law broke out this morning (20th).

The ruling party and the government plan to discuss economic conditions, including prices and exchange rates, diplomatic and security issues, ways to support small business owners, and measures to protect people's livelihoods.

In the party, 10 people, including Kwon Sung-dong, the acting leader and floor leader of the party, and Kim Sang-hoon, the chairman of the policy committee, will attend, while in the government, nine people, including Acting President Han Deok-soo, Deputy Prime Minister for Economy and Minister of Strategy and Finance Choi Sang-mok, and Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of China, will attend.
