As U.S. President-elect Donald Trump opposes the handling of the temporary budget agreed by the ruling and opposition parties, the Biden administration's shutdown crisis ahead of the end of his term is growing.

Trump said Democrats have also been calling for the debt ceiling to be abolished, and pressed that if a shutdown occurs, it will begin while the Democratic president is present.
