Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshimasa Hayashi said at a press conference yesterday (19th) that "the prime minister received it through an official" regarding the book that Trump entrusted as a gift from Prime Minister Ishiba.
Minister Hayashi did not mention details such as the contents of the book, but the Yomiuri Shimbun quoted sources as saying that the book is a collection of photos of President-elect Trump.
He also added that the photo book has Trump's handwritten signature and the words "PEACE," or peace.
At the same time, some interpreted that Trump, who has said he would end the war in Ukraine and Gaza immediately, expressed his willingness to realize peace.
