First recall notice on the 16th...President Yoon virtually refused to comply.
The Joint Investigation Headquarters, which investigates the emergency martial law situation, sent a second request for attendance to the president of Yoon Suk Yeol this morning.
The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is also considering requesting an arrest warrant if President Yoon fails to comply with the request for attendance several times.

The Emergency Security Joint Investigation Headquarters sent a request for attendance to the President of Yoon Suk Yeol this morning.
It was written under the name of Cha Jung-hyun, the chief prosecutor of the case, the senior prosecutor of the investigation department 4 of the Senior Prosecutor's Office of Airborne,
It is said to come out to the office of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit at 10 a.m. on the 25th to be investigated.

What's the president's response?
[Reporter]
It's a position that nothing has been decided yet.
Earlier, some media reported that President Yoon expressed his intention to refuse to comply with the summons.
Lawyer Seok Dong-hyun, who is involved in forming the defense team, explained that the report was due to misunderstanding.
He answered the question of whether he would attend the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit today, misinterpreting it.
Lawyer
said there is no decision on whether he will attend on the 25th and that he is not in a position to say his position,
Discussions are likely to take place inside
.

If President Yoon refuses to comply with this notification, can he be forced to recruit immediately?
[Reporter]
Investigative agencies usually obtain arrest warrants and forcibly investigate suspects if they fail to comply with requests for attendance two or three times without justifiable reasons.
The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit also plans to consider asking the court for an arrest warrant if President Yoon continues to refuse to comply with the summons for no special reason.
Oh Dong-woon, head of the Airborne Division, also said at the National Assembly on the 17th that "there was a situation in which he refused to receive a request for attendance on purpose" and that he would take legal action quickly.
However, the variable is that President Yoon continues to state his position that he has not been able to complete the formation of the defense team.
In addition, although his duties have been suspended, he is still an incumbent president, so discussions with the Presidential Security Service on security issues in the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit building are needed.
As additional coordination is needed, some predict that it will not be easy to seek an arrest warrant immediately even if they refuse to comply with the investigation announced for next Wednesday.
