Shinsegae Group Chairman Chung Yong-jin has decided to stay longer than scheduled at the Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, home of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump.

Chairman Chung originally planned to stay for three nights and four days from the 16th to the morning of yesterday (19th), but increased the schedule further.

Chairman Chung, who visited the resort at the invitation of his eldest son Trump Jr., is expected to return home on the 21st local time.

E-Mart and Shinsegae I&C shares rose more than 2% in the KOSPI market today (20th) from yesterday as some speculated that Chairman Chung might meet Trump in person due to the extension of the schedule.
