The Joint Investigation Headquarters, which includes the police and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, notified the president of the second summons.

If the president does not appear on the date of this investigation, the possibility of an arrest warrant will also be mentioned.

The date the joint investigation headquarters notified President Yoon of the summons is Christmas Day.

Cho Dong-bon, who informed the Gwacheon Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit to come to the Gwacheon Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit by 10 a.m. to be investigated, again, indicated the president as the "head of the rebellion" in the request for attendance.

The request for attendance was delivered to the general secretary's office, the presidential residence, and the affiliated office in express mail and electronic official documents.

However, unlike the first summons notification, we decided not to deliver it by human.

The person who sent the request for attendance is Cha Jung-hyun, a senior prosecutor in the investigation department 4, who is the chief prosecutor, and if the summons is successful, Cha is likely to investigate the president himself.

If the president refuses to summon again this time, the president will refuse to comply with the summons notification from the prosecution and the joint investigation twice.

Usually, investigative agencies conduct investigations with an arrest warrant if the suspect does not respond to the request for attendance two or three times without justifiable reasons.

As the head of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit also predicted "appropriate measures" earlier, analysts say that if the Christmas investigation fails, the possibility of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit requesting an arrest warrant cannot be ruled out.
