The Constitutional Court has postponed the last hearing of Chairman Lee's impeachment trial, which was scheduled for the 24th, to January 15 next year.
The Constitutional Court previously set a policy to hear the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol as the top priority among the impeachment cases currently received at the first meeting on the 16th, which is interpreted as trying to slow down by focusing its capabilities on the impeachment trial of the president.
A Constitutional Court official explained that Lee's schedule has been postponed in consideration of the schedule of parliamentary confirmation hearings for candidates for judges.
