Police block 'all-country tractor rally'...a major stagnation

While the National Farmers' Association is driving a tractor to Seoul, urging the arrest of President Yoon Suk Yeol, the road is stagnating as the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency does not allow entry into downtown Seoul.

The National Federation of Farmers' Associations reported to the police that it would leave Suwon City Hall at around 9 a.m. today (21st) and march to the Hannam-dong residence and the rally site calling for the impeachment of Gwanghwamun.

Jeonnong has been attempting to enter Namtaeryeong Pass from around 12 p.m., and the police have built and blocked the car wall, which has stalled two-way traffic to Gwacheon-daero.

In the process, some citizens protested against the police who blocked the road, and citizens who were using city buses toward Seoul got off and moved to the road.

Earlier, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency notified the government of restrictions yesterday, saying tractor marches could cause severe traffic inconvenience, and Jeonnong said it would proceed as it is, saying it is a violation of basic rights such as freedom of assembly.

Jeon Nong is coming to Seoul together, calling for the arrest and arrest of President Yoon and the government's countermeasures on various agricultural issues in connection with the emergency martial law.
