'No Receiver'...The Constitutional Court's internal 'doubt' in 'refusal to deliver'
Former President Roh Moo Hyun delivers papers the day after impeachment is passed
President Yoon Suk Yeol's refusal to serve documents by the Constitutional Court in succession has disrupted the impeachment trial from the first step.
There is also an atmosphere of embarrassment within the Constitutional Court, and tomorrow, we will announce our position on whether to consider serving.
I'm connecting with a reporter from the Constitutional Court. Reporter Kim Taewon!

President Yoon, are you still not receiving documents on the impeachment trial?
[Reporter]
Yes, the Constitutional Court sent a notice of receipt of the impeachment trial and a request for attendance to President Yoon through the mail and staff from the 16th to the day before yesterday.
However, President Yoon's side is still refusing to accept the case, citing the reason that the recipient is not present even now, nearly a week has passed.
The Constitutional Court previously heard the president's impeachment twice, but this is the first time it has suffered from service.
In the case of former President Roh Moo Hyun, he was served the documents the day after the impeachment was passed and four days later, he also submitted a power of attorney and an opinion.
Former President Park Geun Hye was also served with a notice of receipt from the Constitutional Court on the day of approval, and a week later, he issued a power of attorney and a reply.

Compared to the previous case, it is already quite late, but the Constitutional Court is also considering preparing measures, right?
[Reporter]
Yes, constitutional judges are reportedly preparing for the deadline by reviewing the judgment documents at home on weekends.
As there is a growing concern that trials will increase due to the
delivery issue, we are considering preparing measures.
The Constitutional Court will announce its final position on how to deal with the delivery issue tomorrow afternoon (23rd).
A method of considering that it has been served a week after electronic service, or a public service service posted on the Constitutional Court bulletin board,
It is known to review kindergarten delivery, which is considered to have been delivered by placing documents at the place of delivery
.
The Constitutional Court plans to proceed with the first hearing preparation date scheduled for the 27th without any change.
However, even if the service is considered to be served, President Yoon will not appear on the date, saying he has not completed the formation of the delegation,
It is difficult to rule out the possibility that the trial will remain idle for the time being if you claim that time is needed to review
documents.
