The earthquake occurred 10 kilometers northeast of Dong-gu, Daejeon, and the depth of the earthquake was analyzed to be 17 kilometers.
The earthquake detected a magnitude 2 tremor that only a few people could feel on the upper floors of the building in Daejeon.
The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) warned that there was no damage from the earthquake, but the depth of the earthquake was low, so the shaking was detected around the nearby area.
Including this earthquake, 86 earthquakes with a magnitude of 2.0 or higher have occurred on the Korean Peninsula this year.
